It is a program designed to challenge you to become the best version of yourself. The program consists of 21 days of challenges, workouts, daily tasks, and mentorship from Sensei Yaniv. This challenge will help you drop bad habits and develop new positive ones that will help enhance your life in all aspects. 
Sensei Yaniv will guide you each day to complete the daily challenge. Throughout the challenge, you will be pushed by Sensei Yaniv and the rest of your classmates to complete the challenges and workouts. You will create a brotherhood with your classmates. You will become more fit, resilient, disciplined, and have a hunger to learn and grow. 
Studies say it takes 21 days to create a new habit, making this timeframe effective for individuals seeking to enhance their lives.
I am excited to be able to share all my knowledge and wisdom with you guys.
